On Monday, March 2, 2026, we said goodbye to our beloved cat after 13 wonderful years. Thirteen years was not nearly long enough.

He loved being outside, watching the world go by, as long as it wasn’t cold. Inside, he was more of a dog than a cat, always following people, soaking up attention, and demanding cuddles. He loved to stretch out in a warm patch of sun and make himself completely at home.

One of our favorite memories is how he reacted when told “no.” He would stop, then try to sneak and do it anyway—without being sneaky at all, making us laugh every time.

His attention-seeking meow is deeply missed in our home. He was our companion, our shadow, and our comfort. He was so very loved and will be missed more than words can say.
