Butch was a great Dachshund! 🐾

He absolutely loved to swim! When we’d hike up Little Elk Creek, we stayed on the trail, but we always hiked back down IN the creek. He looked like a baby otter and everyone who saw him, loved him.

Another one of his favorites was riding in our golf cart! He couldn’t get enough of it.

The morning we went to Resting Pawz, Butch could no longer see, nor hear, but wrapped in his warmest blanket he went for one last golf-cart ride. He was SO happy! His nose was up, smelling everything that was in the air.

We are SO thankful for the peace that Resting Pawz provided us. Butch couldn’t have gone in any better way. 🐶💙🐾
