Cassie came into our lives once an amazing friend of mine figured out I was a certified “Cat Mom” after one of her cats nearly left home with me, LOL! She immediately bonded with my then 5 year old daughter and became her shadow. Life happened and Cassie joined me in my military travels all over the U.S. and even to Europe. Whenever her and my daughter reunited, it was as if they were never away from each other.

She was a constant source of loving comfort from blowing/giving kisses, making biscuits and giving countless head boops. 16 years together was not nearly enough but I know she is now pain-free and enjoying an endless buffet of catnip, bread and ice cream across The Rainbow Bridge. 🌈 Rest In Paws, my beautiful girl!!
