Obituary For Daizy Jane Peyton

We feel so privileged we were adopted by Daizy and that she chose to live her life with us. Daizy never met a stranger or had a growl for any living creature. She had the most gentle, loving heart and the kindest eyes I’ve ever known. She came to us a a foster, which failed on the first day when we knew we would never let her go. She brought laughter on a daily basis, especially with her “back talk”. She welcomed new grandbabies with us, and loved them with a gentleness not often seen in a dog not raised around young ones. She also welcomed new rescues and farm animals with play and fun right from the start. Her love of all kinds of treats (and her inability to catch any of them when tossed in the air) will always bring us a smile. Simply put…. My best friend and the best dog I’ve ever known. Loyal and loving to the end and even when in pain, she had kisses for us. There will not be a day I don’t think of her for the rest of my life. Run free my sweet girl, no more pain. The rainbow bridge has all the treats you could ever hope for, especially watermelon. Love you forever and ever sweet baby girl. We will see you again on the other side. Missing you every day until then.

    I have been pet sitting for over 25 years, and Daisy was hands down the BEST furbaby I ever had the privilege of sharing my time with. I will regret to my last day that I didn't come to you Daisy, roll around in the grass with you, feed you blueberries and stroke your belly. Daisy you were and always be the most gentle soul, playful girl, with eyes that could read facial expressions. I will never forget you and love you forever. 💔💔💔💔
