After being diagnosed with chronic heart failure in August, Marley Michael Myers-Christensen of Rapid City, South Dakota passed away peacefully at his home on 9/16/2023. We don’t know much about Marley’s early years, but we do know that he was loved and cherished by his owner until she passed away. After her passing, Marley was placed up for adoption at Black Hills Humane Society and it was there he met the Myers family. During his time with the Myers, he enjoyed going on walks, playing with his ball, and getting scratches. In 2020, he officially became a part of Team Christensen. Marley shared a special bond with his mom Suz. He loved playing with his babies, eating sticks, and rolling in the grass. Marley was stubborn, he knew how to use his voice to get what he wanted, and he never met a stranger. He was a good boy.

Marley is survived by his parents, Suz & Amanda; sisters Olive, Stormy, Ru, Ava, and Gracie; brothers Axel, and Pakini. Grandma Vicki, Aunts; Jessica and Amber; Cousins, Kona, Ripley and Angus Beef. He was preceded in death by his sister, Abby, and brothers, Sherpa, Tucker, and Gummy Bear.
