Mazee gave us 12 great years with our family. Her annoyance towards all of God's creatures was only exceeded by her endless love for.....food. Our home is now diminished when eating dinner without being stared at until shamed into sharing with her, not having a furry vacuum to pick up our food when we drop it, and not being greeted with the ancestral song of her people every time we come home. She diligently barked in our defense at family and friends who rang our doorbell, but quietly sniffed her approval at complete strangers if they just walked in like they owned the place. She shared our snacks so we wouldn't gain too much weight, and conveniently learned how to roll down the car window when we'd forget to do it for her on sub-zero days. She was a great friend, terrible cuddler, and loved family member that will always be missed!
