Smurph Murph was the best snuggles. And LOVED to play. He would play past the point of exhaustion. When we would go on hikes or to the dog park he had to find the biggest stick he could carry. Usuall twice as big as him, he would carry it the whole way! In the end, 2 weeks before he passed he had a really bad day (acted the same as the day he passed) but then! He was getting better and stronge with everyday and his last 2 weeks with us he was able to play with his little brother, he pay fetch with my girls. He enjoyed a chicken dinner everyday. And a few bites of chicken before he decided it was time to join his sister Angel 🪽 on the rainbow bridge that had passed away 7.5 weeks prior. It brings me so much comfort he was able to enjoy those last few weeks of his life, he deserved it! He passed away in his home with me giving him all the love and encouragement that he was the best good boy and that we would be okay and Sam (our other Bosto Terrier) could take care of us, even if he did have big shoes to fill. He was so so loved by our family and we miss him very much. I am so thankful i found Resting Pawz to take care of him. It has helped so much with grieving him.
